HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
Choose the products you want, select your preferred option (size, color, and format), add them to your cart, and follow all the steps until payment is complete. You'll receive a confirmation in your email when it's ready!
DO I NEED TO BE REGISTERED TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

If you're still not interested in registering, you can always make a purchase as a guest.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Contact us with your order number and we'll help you if your order hasn't shipped yet.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Once the order has been shipped, there is no option to cancel/return it.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product or packaging, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Otherwise, we will not accept any claims.
You'll find a size guide on each product page. Please check it before making a purchase, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for different sizes on clothing. Contact us if you need more information.
For orders delivered to collection points, the customer is responsible for collecting the package within the timeframe specified by the shipping company (maximum 5 business days). If the order is not collected and is returned to our facilities, it will be considered undelivered due to the customer's fault. No refund or reshipment will be processed until the order is received back at our facilities. Once received, the customer may choose between: having the order reshipped, assuming the new shipping costs, or receiving a refund for the product, minus the original shipping, return, and handling fees.

We'll send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE AND WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be prepared within 24 to 48 business hours of the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
We work with third-party courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely and within the estimated timeframe. However, please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, holidays, logistical issues, etc.). For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. In case of any issues, please contact us at info@rottenplanetlab.com and we will be happy to assist you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can choose between:
Credit/Debit Card, Paypal or *Bank Transfer.
*If you choose this payment method, the order will not be processed until the transfer has been made.
THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM WITH THE SHIPPING (ITEMS ARE MISSING, WRONG)
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, providing us with your order number.
We will help you with everything you need.
(If you receive an order that does not correspond to what was purchased, you must contact info@rottenplanetlab.com and send us an image showing everything you received and proof of payment and shipping. We will verify the contents and offer you a solution. If you need to send the product back to the warehouse, Rotten Planet Lab will cover the shipping costs. As soon as it is verified that the order was incorrect, a replacement will be provided to the affected customer.) The product must not have been used.
